Our Story

Sweet Honey Bee Corp began in our Long Island backyard with two ordinary bee hives and a simple goal. We wanted to enjoy the pure honey that nature intended. As time passed, two hives grew to four, then six, and we quickly realized our small yard could no longer support the growing colony.

We noticed our bees were struggling. The local flowers were limited and pesticide use in the area was affecting their health. It became clear they needed more space and a cleaner environment. So we expanded to a stretch of rural land near the Catskills, surrounded by wild blooms and natural forests.

There our bees found what they had been missing. The honey became richer, the flavors more vibrant, and our connection to the land grew stronger. Every jar we produce carries the story of that journey. From a backyard in Long Island to the quiet beauty of the Catskills, our honey remains true to its roots—pure, raw, and made with care.

Our Philosophy

At Sweet Honey Bee Corp, we believe honey should be just as the bees made it—raw, pure, and full of life. We never heat or filter our honey, preserving its natural enzymes, texture, and flavor.

Our approach is rooted in care for the bees and the land they forage. We give them space to thrive among wild blooms and natural forests, allowing each jar to reflect the richness of the season and the strength of the colony. We’re committed to sustainability, honesty, and the quiet beauty of real food. From classic raw honey to smooth creamed varieties with natural flavors, everything we make is guided by respect for nature and a love for the craft.
