Returns

Because our honey products are food items, we do not accept returns for safety and quality reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your email here].

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will make it right.
