At Sweet Honey Bee Corp, we carefully prepare and ship each order to ensure your honey arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-demand periods or festivals, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Sweet Honey Bee Corp is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@creamedhoneyny.com with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Local Pickup (Festivals & Events)

Customers may also purchase our products in person at local festivals and events. Follow us on Instagram or check our website for upcoming locations.
